Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Overview

At Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence of SC, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality educational programs, professional development, and STEM experiences. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services, products, and events.

2. Service-Based Programs (Robotics, Tutoring, PD, Training)

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve program dates and staff.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion or by the final session.

  • If a client cancels 30 or more days before the program start date, a 50% refund of the deposit may be issued.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable, but credit may be applied toward a future program within 6 months.

  • If a session is canceled due to inclement weather, emergencies, or school closures, it may be rescheduled at no cost.

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Curriculum, Downloadables)

All digital downloads, templates, and eBooks purchased from our websites or online stores (e.g., Teachers Pay Teachers, Gumroad, Wix) are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues — please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

4. Event Registrations & Workshops

For in-person or virtual events:

  • Registrants may cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.

  • Registrations are transferable — another participant from the same organization may attend in place of the original registrant.

5. School & District Contracts

Refunds and adjustments for school or district contracts are governed by the terms of the signed agreement. Changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables will be documented through a written amendment approved by both parties.

6. Nonprofit Donations (Able Influence of SC)

All donations made to Able Influence of SC are non-refundable. Donors will receive acknowledgment receipts for tax purposes. In the event of an error, please contact us within 10 business days for review.
