A legal disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, clients, partners, and donors engaging with Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence, a South Carolina–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing our websites, purchasing products, donating, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Able Interactions LLC provides a range of educational services, including but not limited to:

Academic tutoring (Reading, Math, Science)
Professional development for educators and administrators
Robotics and STEM instruction
Curriculum design and coaching
Digital product downloads (eBooks, worksheets, slide decks, templates)

Able Influence operates as the nonprofit arm, offering sponsored community events, robotics team programming, and subsidized educational opportunities for underserved populations.

2. Payments & Donations

All payments for services are processed via secure third-party platforms. Donations to Able Influence are processed separately and are tax-deductible under IRS code 501(c)(3).

Tutoring & Consulting services require upfront payment or an approved payment plan.
Digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Workshops, Events, and Live Programs require registration and may have capped attendance.
20% of Able Interactions LLC profits directly support the operations of Able Influence.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All appointments and program enrollments are subject to our cancellation policy:

72+ hours: Full refund minus any processing fees
48–72 hours: 30% cancellation fee
24–48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours: No refund (100% fee charged)

No refunds are given for no-shows or for digital products. Certain group programs may have separate cancellation terms included in the registration materials.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients and program participants agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering or booking services
Attend sessions on time and be respectful to instructors, volunteers, and peers
Not record, distribute, or duplicate proprietary materials without permission
Follow all safety and behavior guidelines outlined during in-person or virtual programs

Violation of these responsibilities may result in removal without refund and/or legal action.

5. Contracted Staff and Instructors

Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence may use contracted staff, including certified teachers, coaches, and subject matter experts. These contractors are subject to background checks, training, and signed agreements.

Contractors are prohibited from providing services outside the scope of the business or soliciting clients directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, lesson materials, templates, slides, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Able Interactions LLC and/or Able Influence. No materials may be reproduced, shared, resold, or modified without written consent.

Violation of this clause may result in civil legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services
Any injuries or losses sustained during participation in physical activities or off-site events
Technical issues with third-party tools, platforms, or downloads

All services are offered “as-is” without guarantees of outcomes, academic progress, or financial return.

8. Accessibility & Inclusion

We strive to provide inclusive access to all services and materials, including ADA-compliant formats and disability accommodations. Accessibility requests may be submitted via [Insert Email].

9. Relationship Between LLC and 501(c)(3)

Able Interactions LLC is a for-profit educational consulting company. Able Influence of SC is a legally distinct 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While they may share resources and branding, finances are managed separately.

A minimum of 20% of all Able Interactions LLC net proceeds are donated to Able Influence quarterly to support equitable education access.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website, resources, or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
