These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, clients, partners, and donors engaging with Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence, a South Carolina–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing our websites, purchasing products, donating, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence of SC. By accessing our websites, purchasing services, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Our Services

We provide educational consulting, professional development, tutoring, robotics/STEM programming, and digital resources. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are defined in written proposals, contracts, or enrollment confirmations.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure program dates or services.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or by the final scheduled session.

  • Payments may be made via ACH, check, or school purchase order.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 15 days past due.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before program start may receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 30 days or less are non-refundable but may receive credit for a future program within 6 months.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Program Delivery & Scheduling

  • Session dates and times will be mutually agreed upon.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 business days in advance.

  • Unexpected closures (e.g., weather, school cancellations) may be rescheduled without penalty.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, presentations, curriculum, and downloadable resources provided by Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence of SC are protected by copyright law.
You may use materials for internal educational purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting without written permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client, student, and organizational information. Data shared during program delivery or consultation is used solely for contractual purposes and will not be shared without written consent.

8. Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant permission for photos, videos, or testimonials to be used for promotional and educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

9. Liability & Safety

All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines during hands-on robotics or STEM activities. Able Interactions LLC and Able Influence of SC are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of materials, equipment, or failure to follow supervision requirements.

10. Third-Party Links & Resources

Our websites may include links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accessibility, or practices of those third-party sites.

11. Data Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. All personal data is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we protect and use your information.

12. Nonprofit Donations

Donations made to Able Influence of SC are voluntary and non-refundable. All contributions support STEM education, robotics programs, and community learning initiatives.

13. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accuracy in all materials and programs, we make no guarantees regarding specific academic or competition outcomes. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
