ABOUT THESE TERMS

N Able Consulting is a professional development and instructional consulting practice operated by Able Interactions LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. When you visit our website, enroll in a course, or engage in our consulting services, you agree with Able Interactions LLC and agree to the terms outlined below.

Please read these carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products. We may update these terms periodically, and continuing use of our site or services after any update means you accept the revised terms.

1. WHO OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE FOR

Our courses, toolkits, consulting packages, and professional development resources are designed for K-12 educators — including classroom teachers, instructional coaches, school principals, assistant principals, and district-level leaders. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of your school or organization.

2. COURSES, TOOLKITS, AND DIGITAL RESOURCES

Everything inside our courses and digital products — including video lessons, written frameworks, downloadable tools, templates, and implementation guides — belongs to Able Interactions LLC and is protected under copyright law.

When you purchase a course or digital resource, you receive access for your own professional use. That access is yours alone — it cannot be shared, transferred, or resold. You are welcome to apply what you learn in your own classroom, school, or coaching practice. You may not reproduce, repackage, or distribute our materials to others, use them to build competing products, or share your login credentials with anyone else.

School and district team licenses are available for organizations that want to enroll multiple staff members. Reach out before purchasing if team access is what you need.

4. CONSULTING AND PARTNERSHIP SERVICES

During our consulting engagement, the details of our collaboration will be outlined in the proposal and any signed agreement. These Terms apply alongside that agreement. In case of any conflict, the signed proposal will take precedence.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment by check (payable to Able Interactions LLC), Zelle, PayPal, credit card through Square, and district purchase orders or Net-30 invoices for school and district accounts.

Prices may change at any time. Any change will not affect a purchase you have already completed. All sales are final.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Self-Paced Courses and Digital Products

Digital products, course materials, and downloadable resources must be accessed or downloaded within thirty days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to retain the purchased materials prior to the expiration of access. Refunds will not be issued once access has been granted. Should you experience any technical difficulties that impede access to your purchase, please contact us within seven days for assistance. All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

Consulting Services Payment and Cancellation Policy

Consulting services priced at $7,500 or less require full payment before the scheduled start date. For consulting engagements priced above $7,500, a nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the start date. Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, the deposit will equal 50% of the total project fee, with the remaining balance paid according to the agreed installment schedule.

The deposit covers initial planning, preparation, scheduling, and the reservation of consulting capacity.

If the client cancels the engagement:

TIMING OF CANCELLATION- RESULT

  • 30 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date- Deposit remains nonrefundable, but the client will not be responsible for unpaid installments or the remaining project balance.

  • Fewer than 30 calendar days before the scheduled start date-Deposit remains nonrefundable, and the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the unpaid remaining balance.

  • After services, preparation, or project work has begun- All completed work, approved expenses, and scheduled payments are due. Additional cancellation terms may apply as stated in the service agreement.

Payments already made may be credited toward a rescheduled engagement at the discretion of N Able Consulting. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

School and District Course Licenses

Once access has been activated for your team, the purchase is final. If you are unsure whether a license is the right fit for your school, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing so we can help you decide.

7. RESCHEDULING SESSIONS

  • Life happens. If you need to reschedule a live virtual session, coaching call, or remote workshop, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we will find a new time at no charge. Cancellations of a paid service that is made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of any previously submitted payment.

  • In-person sessions require at least 7 days' notice to be rescheduled. This allows adequate time to adjust travel, coordination, and preparation. Rescheduling requests made fewer than 7 days before an in-person session may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of that session.

  • We will always give you as much advance notice as possible if we ever need to reschedule on our end due to illness, emergency, or something beyond our control.

8. YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OURS

  • Everything developed and delivered under the N Able Consulting brand — including the A.B.L.E.School Success Frameworkâ„¢, all course content, training materials, observation tools, PLC guides, data protocols, graphics, and written resources — is the property of Able Interactions LLC.

  • You may use what you receive for your own school or professional practice. Written permission from Able Interactions LLC is required before you share, reproduce, or build on our materials in any other way. Violations may result in immediate loss of access and legal action.
